Description

It has played a good effect of replacing wood with steel, efficient construction, energy saving and pollution prevention.

Matters needing attention:

A. Shear processing: should reduce the burr of the cut surface as far as possible, and remove the metal powder when cutting, at the same time on the bottom of the rubber pad, to prevent the color coated plate in stacking, processing damage to the surface;

B. Bending processing: before processing, should remove the dirt and rust on the parts of the die, punch press and so on; Processing temperature control in more than 5 degrees Celsius; If the roller pressing processing, the application of hard materials manufacturing roll (hardened steel, die steel, etc.) or roll surface plating hard Ming;

C. pressure processing: pressure processing color coated steel plate *** on its substrate and coating type to be carefully selected; In addition to careful processing, the surface of the metal mold should be particularly smooth, according to the situation also in the color coated steel plate surface affixed with protective film, to protect the coating;

D. connection: color coated plate can be mechanical connection, welding connection and bonding connection, but the current color coated plate welding equipment and technology is still in the stage of research and experiment, not mature, users should try to use mechanical connection method.

E. Cut section protection of color coated plate: when designing the product, try to place the cut in the hidden part; When the use of galvanized sheet as the substrate of the color coated plate, because of the zinc has a sacrificial pole to protect the steel, generally do not have to cut section for special treatment. The cut section should be protected only when used in contact with drugs, corrosive gases, or other harsh environments.
