Material Selection & Production Planning
Each process begins with selecting high-grade steel substrates and defining technical specifications such as thickness, coating type, color standards, and end-use requirements. Production planning is carefully aligned to meet project timelines and application needs.

Coil Coating & Processing
Steel coils undergo advanced surface treatment, galvanization, and pre-painting processes (PPGI) using controlled coating systems. For flat sheets, coils are precision-cut, while selected coils move forward to profiling lines for corrugated roofing production.

Quality Control & Performance Testing
All products are inspected throughout each stage for coating adhesion, color consistency, thickness accuracy, and corrosion resistance, ensuring compliance with industry and project standards.

Cutting, Profiling & Final Delivery
According to the final application, materials are cut into sheets or formed into corrugated roofing profiles. Finished products are securely packed and prepared for delivery to support construction and industrial projects efficiently.
